Refund Policy

Membership

Monthly membership is billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months once the billing period has begun.

Setup fee

The £29 one-time setup fee is refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed gated member content (Trader Vault, Vault Academy beyond the free preview, or member tools). Once gated content has been accessed, the setup fee is non-refundable.

Exceptions

We will always issue a full refund if you were charged in error, or if a duplicate charge was processed. Contact hello@copytradervault.com within 30 days.

How to request

Email hello@copytradervault.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Refund request". We aim to respond within 2 business days.
