Complaints Procedure

Scope
This procedure covers complaints about CopyTraderVault's education, trader-selection service and member portal. Complaints about your brokerage account, executed trades, deposits or withdrawals must be raised directly with your broker, as those funds are held by them, not by us.
Step 1 — Contact us
Email hello@copytradervault.com with the subject "Complaint". Include your account email, a clear description of the issue and any supporting screenshots.
Step 2 — Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and assign it a reference number.
Step 3 — Investigation
We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 business days. Complex cases may take longer, in which case we will keep you updated.
Step 4 — Outcome
We will write to you with our findings and any remedy offered. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the matter externally — including to the relevant trading standards body or, for broker-related matters, the Financial Ombudsman Service via your broker's own complaints process.
